What is the shelf life of Diamine ink?
When stored in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight, our fountain pen inks can last for many years. Ensure the cap is tightly sealed after every use to prevent evaporation.

Yes, Diamine inks are renowned for being pH neutral and non-toxic, making them some of the safest options available for both modern and vintage fountain pens.
How long does shipping take for international orders?
International orders typically arrive within 7 to 14 business days. Please note that customs processing in your specific country may occasionally extend this timeframe.
What is your return policy for ink bottles?
We accept returns on unopened and unused ink bottles within 30 days of purchase. Due to the nature of the product, we cannot accept returns on bottles that have been opened or had the safety seal broken.
Do you offer tracking information for my order?
Absolutely. Once your order has been dispatched from our warehouse, you will receive an email containing a tracking number and a link to monitor your delivery progress.
Are your inks suitable for calligraphy and dip pens?
While our standard range is designed for fountain pens, they work beautifully with dip pens. However, for specialized calligraphy, we recommend our specific Registrars Ink for a more permanent finish.
